This project lives somewhere between old and new—a home with potential, reimagined with soul. We softened transitions with arches, added quiet drama with painted ceilings and murals, and reshaped nearly every space to feel more personal and connected. The dining room hints at what’s to come: custom cabinetry, cozy gathering spaces, a music room tucked just beyond. Each room layered with intention—ready to be lived in, and loved for years to come.
